What's included on our programmes?

Our trips can be broken down into two basic categories: Standard and Custom

STANDARD: Our sample itineraries represent our more popular destinations. Listed pricing is based on number of passengers selected on our web search with the following inclusions and terms:

· Welcome orientation reception at destination
· Customized website
· All transport (private coach), sightseeing and entrance fees for sites listed as 'visited' in our itinerary
· 2 meals a day (breakfast and 2-course dinner)
· Triple/quad sharing in clean, secure, 2-star hotels, some 3-star
· Airport transfers
· Pre-departure information package
· One person free for every 10 paying, accommodated in same category room as group
· All tipping (restaurant staff, porters, drives, local guides, etc) included, EXCEPT Tour Leader/s
· Prices are Land Only and include flights that take place within the tour. International return airfare can be quoted for any city.

CUSTOM trips can involve any number of participants (minimum 6) participating on the same programme. We can adapt our itineraries and inclusions around your preferences and requirements. We can organize special events, courses, activities and excursions based purely on what you need. Group leader/s discounts or free placements are possible. Inclusion / exclusion of insurance, flights, standard of accommodation, rooming configuration are all adjustable.
